1963/1964 – The Fifth Season

Submitted by: Bob Miller

The league continued to grow, in the previous season 250 boys participated, a significant increase from year one.  A standing sheet from this year shows that there were 10 teams in the senior division (11-12-year old) and 13 teams in the junior division (now 9/10 year old).  Elwood “Bud” Samuel continued to be the League President.

Aylesworth Junior High school would be opened in the fall.

Some games were played there but the league primarily used the high school.
